Powder at Night.

The good thing about Alaskan down days is that they leave you with plenty of time to get things done. So here is the edit of some quite remarkable and unexpected powder fun I had with David. While driving through the snow heading for Disentis Ullr sent us a sign.

Ullr sent us a sign.

The public bus said “Sedrun Snownight” and was a reminder that every Thursday the chairlift from Dieni to Milez is open between 18:30 and 10 pm. With 20cm of freshest powder it was not hard to guess: that’s a promising setup. And it turned out even better and totally worth the 10 bucks for the liftpass. There’s nothing better than some completely unexpected freshies and if you are around and the conditions match, be sure to make it happen!
