After taking you on the Citywave and surfing behind the boat, this time we don’t need any additional energy. No electricity, no burning fuel. It’s just gravity that makes water flowing downwards and thus powers the riverwave in Bremgarten.

Unfortunately I didn’t have time to surf myself this time. Time was running out as the Reuss river has less water every day while we are sweating more and more every day. But my friend Markus knows a bit about the spot and tells us his story. How he learned to surf, how he got into riversurfing and what he can take from the river to the ocean.
